Beautiful Madrona Classic Craftsman…
A whole house remodel keeping the original Craftsman character and bringing it back where it had been lost.
This 1914 classic house needed some light, refreshing touches (refinished wood floors & amp; paintwork) throughout and more significant improvements to the flow & functionality at main stairs, back entrance, and back deck.
In the kitchen, opened the floor plan, installed Bellmont cabinetry, quartz countertops, new appliances, and tile.
We opened the stairs and installed period casework & banister. We also added a new main floor laundry area and mudroom with a custom coat & shoe built-in for ease and accessibility.
Both bathrooms received a refresh to bring back the classic Craftsman character. We added wood paneling, traditional hex & subway tile, period fixtures, and diligently salvaged and refinished the original free-standing clawfoot tub.
